Had a horrible night with heartburn and upset stomach which may have been the result of dinner the night before, so this morning - I figured - now is as good a time as any to give these rhubarb babies a try. I took one on an empty stomach and my stomach had a sense of calm that it hadn't had in a while. I don't have issues with constipation so I did not purchase for that, but wanted something that has the potential to "find and secrete" some stubborn waste that may have been bypassed. The older I get the more I learn about this issue - even if you do have regular movements - which I do. I can't know yet how this product will do - for the specific reason I purchased, but so far - I like it and I'm going to keep taking them.

These worked so-so. No bad side effects. But stopped being more effective the longer I took them.

It took about 1 1/2 days for the pills to work…Make sure you are close to a restroom for the next 2 days, depending on your severity. The gas pains/cramping can take your breath away! This is not mentioned in the description. Then again, it can effect everyone else in a different way!
