A Much Better Idea Than Mouthwash
These are intended as a probiotic for your mouth, primarily, which is why they are flavoured and chewable. My dentist has explained to me that mouthwash is a bad idea, and not recommended by them, because it kills the naturally protective friendly bacteria in your mouth. Killing your friendly bacteria can actually increase tooth decay, ulcers and bad breath! Antibiotics and colloidal silver does the same thing.I've been using probiotic toothpaste as well as these chewable tablets to boost my mouth microbiome, and I've been impressed by how well it works. My mouth feels fresher, and a swollen and infected gum has cleared up. The tabs taste good, and are pleasant to chew, so I'm delighted with this product.

Sucralose and sorbitol, not good ingredients
Read all the ingredients and dont let yourself go just for the good bacteria and marketing. They might be very good probiotis but why artificial sweeteners. Sucralose!? Xylitol at least would do some good to your teeth. Disappointing
