This is really a nice chair with quality and value for the money. It feels better than other office chairs sold at Office Depot or Staples which are usually more expensive. Here are a few things I like:1) The ergonomic is nice with plenty of lumbar support. The lumbar support is even adjustable. The headrest is good and has lots of adjustment points.2) The mesh fabric is strong and comfortable. The mesh is also very breathable and cool which adds to the comfort. I hope the mesh would last for years. For the first few weeks of its use, a chemical smell came from it though.3) The armrests are also adjustable. I can fold them up completely or adjust the angle to maximize my comfort while typing.4) The assembly of the chair was very easy and took only 15 minutes. All the necessary parts were in place and the included Allen wrench with a T-handle made the assembly a lot easier. I was needing an affordable ergo chair and have tried quite a few. For this price range, you can't beat the quality of this piece. Adjustable lumbar support, arm rest height perfect and cushioned. The head piece is nice, but just not for me. Nicely rocks for those who can't sit still. Easy to assemble by yourself (~20 min) using common sense. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is the seat is made more for someone wider, as I someone feel like my hips are dipping inwards (I am also very narrow). Got a more solid butt pad, and it's perfect. Also! I didn't even need to put on my lumbar support pillow, as the lumbar support is perfect for me!Definitely recommend!

I like the features and adjustability of this chair. I was easy to assemble. It took me about 45 minutes from opening the carton to sitting on my assembled chair. The "kit" comes with all the hardware and the T-handle Allen wrench... the only tool needed for assembly. It even comes with a few extra screws. The chair is comfortable and sturdy. I am a bit concerned with the footrest however. It feels flimsy compared to the rest of the chair and I'm concerned about its longevity.... but hopefully my concern is not justified. I think this is a good value.

I bought this chair in January of this year after looking for a replacement to my aging leather executive model. There are so many different mesh chairs on the market, so what spoke to me about this one?1. Reviews spoke about it easy to install, and indeed I found instructions were quiteful, but their install videos pushed me towards a hassle free build. Was thankful for that visual to make out some of the more unique parts and their orientation.2. Lumbar support: Admittedly I wasn't as familiar with that as my old chair didn't have it. However once I started using it, it was easier to understand why people appreciate it. Took a little while to dial it in so my back didn't feel like it was getting poked, but slumping was less of an issue when you're almost forced to sit upright.3. Mesh is airy and light: This will definitely come handy in the summer months. If I have to work indoors, I thought about my old chair's propensity to heat up because there's no separation between butt and cushion. The design of this chair means I can wear shorts and feel comfortable.4. Can easily swap to rollerblade wheels. My old unit had rollerbade-like wheels, which were a modification I made for better rollability. While these came with standard plastic wheels, it was easy to transport those wheels to the new model.5. Extended recline: Something I wasn't expecting was the extended recline feature that allows you to lean way back almost in a resting position. I didn't have as much use for it, but a nice to have for those who spend much time at the desk and want a quick 10-15 minute nap.Overall I'm fairly happy with this purchase. If there was one gripe, I'd say it was the adjustable armrest. I've not fully figured how to keep them horizontally steady as they have specific rotation points inward or outward with no way to lock them.
