Came with a little measuring scoop which was helpful. I can’t quote comment on whether it’s giving me health benefits but I will say I feel good about making a healthy choice. I put a scoop in either my smoothie or latte. I prefer in the latte as the coffee or matcha is strong enough to drown out any hint of taste of the mushroom powder. It’s not unpleasant in smoothies but it’s a bit more noticeable

I first chose this product because it was the best deal at 100g package, when others were 60g, but also later saw that this company is the only one I've found who are totally transparent in the amount of Fruiting Bodies, which is the key ingredient for Myelin benefits for the brain, as far as what my research has found. It also has a rich creamy taste in hot Chocolate and coffee and I totally appreciate the open and transparent way the company presents the ingredients, which gives me a higher level of trust for this company because they are open with what is in their product and it has the key ingredient I am wanting for my brain and neural health. I just ordered it again and and I totally recommend it!

Although the supplements are expensive there is a definite improvement in the appearance of my skin. I am 70 and the lines that were starting to become wrinkles and deepen are actually smoother? I was not expecting that. I was hoping they would not get worse. The capsules are easy to swallow and have no flavour. I am never ill so I am not sure what they may be doing for my immune system. Things do take time. I am on my second bottle so am anticipating positive anti-inflammatory results.

I have used a lot of different cordycepts over the years, some good, some not so good, but I'll be going back to this one for sure. Good flavour and texture. But most importantly is the results, I have noticed an increase in my overall endurance and energy levels. Good product

Effets ressentis à partir d'un mois de prise. Pas de goût spécifique et se dissout bien dans une boisson chaude, thé ou tisane, pour ma part. La description vous met en confiance concernant la qualité, le traitement du champignon, et de sa biodisponibilité. Petit bémol pour son origine, pas de précision, et non plus, pour les principes actifs (Hericenones - Adénosine -Ergostérol). Juste un % en béta glucan. Je me sens plus dynamique et mes idées sont effectivement plus claires et plus précises. Mes émotions sont plus métrisées et j'arrive à prendre du recul. Aucun effet secondaire. Je conseille se produit sans problème.
