Needed the ability to connect to my phone without taking the case off for removable storage. Problem solved.

This allows plugging in two flash drives in MacBook Air to copy from one to another. Seems to be well made and so far it works. Why did they make the connectors so close together ??

Everything I have "thrown" at it works just fine. It is a thick, robust cable and likes to resist bending and twisting. If you are looking for a really flexible cable, you might find this too stiff. It works for my purposes.

The outer sheath on male end sometimes is too big for the cases. It won’t work unless the device is out of the case. Other than that, perfect!

Purchase specifically as it stated it would transfer data, however it did not. I have a small USB-C thumbdrive and needed something like this to work with an iPhone and iPad while there were still in their cases. Plug the drive directly into either device, works like a charm. Try and use this....nada.
