Percabeth forever!
This was a cute and nostalgic story with all the character reunions and action that fans of Percy Jackson will enjoy. There is nothing particularly unique about the plot, and it is really just an excuse to make Percy go on more quests. This isn't something I mind, and I had a lot of fun reading and aweeee-ing at all the adorableness of my favorite characters. I would consider this book a love letter to fans and would not take it very seriously (in true Percy Jackson fashion).

I Finally Get It!
My daughter has been a fan of Rick Riordan for a long time. More than a decade and I just couldn't understand what her fascination with this topic by this writer was. Well I don't necessarily agree with all of the content, he has a very unique style of writing and bringing to life whatever he is discussing. He has a way of allowing you to feel connected which each character as well as letting you know what those characters are thinking and why they are doing what they are doing without minimizing what is being taken care of and handled. I can appreciate the fact that he turns young readers on two reading and expanding their vocabulary. It's one of the wonderful facts about reading on Amazon Kindle or any of the online support tools where you can highlight a word to find out what the definition of that word is. That can only help but elaborate and expand young minds for vocabulary, all while gaining a hunger to read.

I hope this is the end, in a good way!
I don't mean I don't want the rest of the series but after the nest two books after this I think that Riordan should have a Harry Potter style epiloge at the end of the third book. The reason I'm saying this is because what's the point of going on? There's not much to tell after this series I feel like if he has to save the world it would just be a stressful read. So I feel like he should have a fourteen page epiloge that will make you cry. I would like that. But anyways this was an amazing book, with lots of humor which I love. Although I will say that percy said boomer wayyyyy to much in one chapter, but thats it. Also it had tons of heart it was a very peaceful read. I do wish Grover would say "Drive just drive!" and reverence Annabeth, Grover, and percy's own musical (Oh wait, I forgot that Rick was a jerk and hasn't even listened to the soundtrack that Rob, Kristin, Chris, George and others worked so hard on!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!) Overall a fantastic book

Better after a reread
Honestly, I didn't appreciate this as much when I first read it, because it was so weird that I had grown up and gotten a life and then back to senior year like nothing has changed, but it's better now. Rereading makes all the difference, eliminates the awkward gap, but I just didn't have time when it came out. But... I'm not positive I want to continue it just yet. Cause right now I'm desperate to get back to post Heroes of Olympus. Apollo, Leo, Jason, and most of all Nico. So I'm not sure I agree with the Goodreads reading order, but I'm not sure what to do about it.

A beautiful extension to an amazing series!
Others may view continuing Percy’s story as “beating a dead horse” so to speak, while I, a young man with so much life ahead of him, can appreciate the lesson being conveyed. Immortality is always an attractive idea and should an item like this actually exist, the temptation would always be there. However, life in itself isn’t what makes the experience, it’s the people and moments that drive us to live completely, all the way to the end. To have infinite life, and infinite moments, would demean and diminish the value of both. Mr. Rioridan has done it again and I can’t wait for the lessons in the books I’ve yet to read.
