After I posted my initial review they contacted me and wanted to know how they could improve their product and what they could do to make my having gotten a faulty product right. They sent me a new plush, which I just received today, and it is very nice and fluffy. The wing did not come off in the dryer and seems to be very well attached. I love the floppy ears and it is very huggable. If you have any problems after receiving your product I would contact Peach Cat. I am very happy to have such a cute little bat guy. Original Review: The little guy came vacuum-sealed in a plastic bag so I put it in the dryer to fluff it up. It fluffed up very nicely! ...but one of the wings came off. It doesn't look like it was even sewn on, there is no thread around the hole where it was connected to the body. I'll have to find the time to reattach it, so unfortunately will not be able to cuddle it for now. Overall, not a bad size for the price but not the best quality.

doesn't stay up, and even though its just for display in child's room, just moving it a few times it has a hole already. Wouldn't hold up with play, but pretty for a child that likes bats. Does look just like the photo, just more floppy.
