Because he has some neurological damage in his left side, he can't do his own nails on both hands, and I actually enjoy taking care of all this for him. It's easy and fast, and not uncomfortable and I think a nice trade-off for some of the ways he takes care of my needs in the household. (He loves having his feet cared for, largely because he can't reach them and isn't flexible enough to work on them, but also because he finds being cared for like this soothing. This model is off when the switch is set on t to he center or middle setting. When I’m the up position it rotates clockwise. In the gown position setting it rotates counter clockwise. **Q: Sanding Bands - Can sanding bands be used on this model?** A: Buerer MP84 only uses the attachments that come with the kit. sanding bands cannot be uses with MP84 drill kit **Q: Can it resist water.
