Safely packaged and professionally delivered..
Lovely item, arrived safely packed up and needing a security pin.. Not everything these days is delivered so well by Amazon delivery drivers, which leads to chasing refunds. However, this item is lovely and well worth the money.

Effective for price
Good laptop especially for the price, had to turn off windows s mode and recommend it for others. However, can be a bit slow when performing too many tasks at once so must be patient with it. Lightweight for its size.

Fabulous value laptop, strong too
I bought another Lenovo laptop...the lady.ond only lasted about 10 years.....being taken back snd forth to work every day, even fell off my lap on the bus...all OK, just a chip missing...so stick with it. Great value laptops

Not fit for purpose
This laptop is slow and not fit for purpose. It was purchased as a gift back in December 2025, and hasn’t worked as it should since. In order to rectify, I was expected to go without for 6 weeks why the fault was looked at, rather than being provided with a refund. Multiple emails have been sent directly to Amazon and Lenono to express frustration and disappointment, all of which have been ignored.

Great basic laptop
If you want a cheap basic laptop for browsing, email and streaming, you could spend more and get less. We've had this for a year now and it is excellent. Half the price of my other laptop which is much slower to start and is more likely to crash. It's no frills and plastic but has survived our home just fine. I can't comment on battery life because we don't take it out and about so it gets plugged in. Clearly it will lack some connectivity and processing power. If your needs are specific then check before buying. I'm about to order a second one.

Good value product
For the basic activities we use it for ; email , shopping, photo storage , documents & excel work it is excellent. Probably do lots more too. Quick & easy to use.

Amazing price on Amazon for a windows 11 laptop
Amazing price for a windows 11 Laptop, My old laptop was a Lenovo and it is still working fine after 11 years but was windows 10. I think this is a great buy , It is perfect for general home use- I watch most of my TV on the various iplayers. very lightweight, screen size fine- not sure about gaming capabilities - it only has 4 gig Ram, and it is something I have no interest in.
