I ordered Kefir grains many times before. You want at least one of the cauliflower like more solid Kefir grains, so you can reliably reuse it and it remains in a strainer while the created creamy Kefir goes through . There was literally no grain, just some mush or miniscule grains that disappear through a strainer. Not worth it. Ordered from Fusion Teas after that and got a heaped tablespoon of grains.
