Fun puzzle until the end, missing 5 pieces brand new out of the box. So sad.

First one came delivered smashed in on one side. Requested a replacement. A second one came a few days later. No issues with the process. Much happier with the replacement. Thanks!!

Yup - like many people have complained, there was one piece missing. Challenging puzzle but buyer beware; there seems to be a quality control problem with at manufacturer.

This was a cute puzzle for stars wars lovers!

Some pieces missing and others have poor cardboard backing or are warped. But we enjoyed making it.

The puzzle is not difficult; the poor rating is for the inaccurate description. The puzzle pieces are not sturdy and the pieces do not "click" together. They just nest with each other - one bump and you could wipe out an entire section. I like to complete a section, then place it, but since these pieces do not lock, you can't pick up the section and place it. Even putting it on a sheet of paper and trying to slide it into place didn't hold them all together. So keeping the pieces connected is the bigger challenge.
