For a large house, I checked the regular pest-controls - they were charging anywhere between 5K to 7K for a full one-time control. I came across this bayer product suggested by a friend then. The product when used according to the company directions ie:- 10ml/litre and sprayed well in all the edges and corners, it works great. Small black ants, large red ants and other bugs etc are all dead. No residue left except for on granite surfaces. Its worth of the costs also: per use would be 30ml ie:- 1000/- for the full house. Ofcouse, it needs about proper 2 hours in and around the house.

Works well for all type of ants in my garden. If your main intention is to kill garden ants you should try this.
