My concerns were how well the bar screws together, works great really tight. the tubes are very well made, so no problems with them. l like the straps, very easy to adjust the positions with the three rings, everything fits and works well. super Happy, had to write a review. Exactly what you need, and priced right. what a great buy.

Great at home strength workout!
These feel very durable and are very easy to use! The little foot loops are very comfortable and stay on your feet well! The workout itself is great, and I’m just as sore as I would be from going to the gym- ha!

Perfect for at home or fitness on the go!
As a former athlete and a former natural bodybuilder I didnt really have high expectations for this thing and just bought it because i like having convenient, light and practical fitness equipment around the house for the days that I can't get to the gym or for when I travel. I'm a bit minimalist and I try to make sure any workout equipment that I buy takes up as little space in my house as possible.This thing is a game changer. It's easy to take apart and put back together. You can do a good variety of exercises on it targeting every major muscle group. The resistance is ok and is enough to give you a good workout even for someone who is 200 lbs and used to heavy weights and explosive/dynamic movements. Best thing is that it's all low impact and you can do PT based moves also which I'm sure my old injuries and aging joints are thankful for.The only negative that I can think of is that I wish there were additional higher resistance bands included as I'm sure I will acclimate to these quickly and or I might break the only two that they give you but for around 20 bucks you can't complain much here because I'm sure I can probably find more online.Definitely worth buying.

Amazing workout everytime and anywhere
You can literally use I laying down in bed if your back hurts or you're just feeling fatigued. I love mine!
