Well made, easy to grip, just what I was looking for
These weighted exercise bars are just what I needed to do gentle exercises to rehab my shoulders and back. I considered the larger set but am glad I chose this one to start with. The bars are plastic tubes with a foam coating on them. Inside are the long, thin weighted bars that determine how much each weighs. I can feel it moving slightly when I use it, but it still moves smoothly without any balance issues. Once I'm ready, I'll order the next size up.

Great quality
We ordered these for our gym and we love them! They are a great alternative compared to our squat rack if you need a lighter lift for your squats! We only got the 5-20 lbs and that is great for the kids to be able to start lifting. Very happy with them! I also love that they’re color coordinated making it easier to see the sizes. The grips are great where I don’t feel like I need chalk to use.

Perfect for quick transitions between sets
Love these! Makes doing my Power Music RIP fitness videos so much easier. No switching plates between sets. Keep the heart rate up rather than having to hit pause to get the proper weight on bar. Also bought a 30lb bar and stand to go with these. Would highly recommend.

I have not weighed them yet, but they seem to be of good quality and easily identifiable with colored end caps that have their wt stamped on them. They are padded for comfort. Only time will tell how they hold up.
