Cosmetic product - Lancome eye makeup remover
This is an un-oily make-up remover and it just takes one wipe to remove waterproof eyeliner. I have not come across such an efficient eye make-up remover!

Bi Facil eye makeup remover works every time. It’s gentle and suitable for the most sensitive eyes. Only a small amount does the job. So it’s good value for money too.

I’m glad I trusted past reviews. This is really the only cleanser I’ve found which easily dissolves waterproof mascara. I just wish it was cheaper.
