Not only did it help me fall asleep quickly, but I also stayed asleep through the entire night, which is rare for me. The only downside is the smell. The taste isn’t great, but it’s manageable. However, the smell is pretty strong and unpleasant. As soon as you open the tea bag, you can smell it immediately—it almost has a sewer-like odor. I literally drink it without breathing too deeply. If you can tolerate a strong smell, this tea is absolutely worth it.
