You need a clean dry surface. Then you paint, spray or roller this on liberally and then after 10minutes or so, do the same again. It says it takes 4 to 6 hours to dry at normal temperatures and humidities so I think applying this will be more of a summer job.I have trialled some patches and on some paper it does seem to waterproof things.I have some render that is getting algae staining as it gets wet regularly and my plan is to bleach that clear and then once dry, apply this to prevent water and so help prevent reformation of algae. At the very least, I think this will help make it easier to clean off any algae that does form.It says coverage is around 3 to 4m2 per litre depending on how porous the surface is.Because this is clear and runny it does not change the colour of the substrate and easily penetrates and saturates brickwork and render. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ So far so good, easy to use, lets see how it goes over time!!! *by K***R on 22 February 2025* I received this item via the vine programme and here is my honest and unbiased review.I like this stuff, easy to use and really does seem to do the job. I will say that I need to wait and see how it goes over time with the effect of weather and wear, but so far so good. The price is excellent, and I feel quite confident about recommending this!
