One bar came a little warped, but it had no impact on the function. It took some time but the whole thing went together very easily and the instructions were easy to follow. Our kids are 5, 3, and 1, and the climber works well for all of them (just need to watch the youngest so he doesn't climb higher than he can handle). They provide floor screws but we have cement under the carpet where it sits. I was concerned they would tip it over but it's hard to do.
