For this reason I do not want to spend a fortune on tape, but I do find this tape as good as some of the more expensive tapes I have tried. It stays on comfortably and in place for over 48 hours, during which period I normally fit in 2-3 yoga sessions, or 1-2 yoga or pilates sessions and one boxing session. I don't normally leave the tape on for longer than the 48 hours even though it probably would hold for a bit longer, because I want to let the skin breathe a bit as well, even if it is just for 24 hours until the next work out.
