nice and easy to use but a little 'tart' for my taste. however will buy again

I did it in Thermos: GREAT result 👍 Wonderful tartness, if you want it. If you don't, just leave it for less hours. And the yogurt turned out wonderfully thick. Thank you.

As an other reviewer mentioned I followed the instructions from the manufacturers website and not what's on the box, hence 4 stars. I have made 2 batches of delicious thick creamy yoghurt. I will be purchasing this brand again having also bought the original starter, but haven't used it yet.

Great results using these starters with lactose-free semi-skimmed milk and a couple of teaspoon of whole lactose-free powder milk. 8h at 42°C in the Lakeland yogurt maker, overnight in the fridge, and I don't even need to strain it. The only thing is that I need to use a new sachet every week, as I don't get great results using the yogurt from the previous batch. I assume is due to the absence of lactose in the milk, which makes the yogurt more weak over the days.

Super tart yogurt ,7 hours and used 3 satches for 4 liters of milk!maybe 2 would be just enough .Make sure you like tart yogurt ,because this one will makes your eyes cry 😁 lactobacillus bulgaricus is the responsible for its super tart taste ..

Great Canadian product. ! I have used this probiotic previously and it's been great. Super thick yogurt that tastes great. Please could you print the user instruction in a larger font as it's very small and difficult to read. Thank you for a great product. I recommend Yogourmet for anyone just starting out on making their own yogurt you'll love it.

I’ve made several batches of plain yogurt using ultra pasteurized half and half with many different probiotics over the past couple of months. This one makes a smooth and mild yogurt after being cultured for 8 hours. I’d guess it is packed with probiotics by the way it solidifies and its texture. Very little smell and very little sourness. I’ll let it go substantially longer to check the results, but 8-9 hours has worked great. The longer it goes the more probiotic –to a certain point anyway.
