Quality is great, sturdy and easy to use, and charge, maneuvers are very easy. You can adjust speed and height to suit your child. Usually we are charging battery around 2 hours . It is very quick! It is a great gift for kids 6-12. We purchased it for our 10 year old son and he use it every day. Hi is riding all around and has a real fun time with his new scooter. I initially loved this electric scooter – it was smooth, reliable, and fun to ride for my son for the first four weeks. The performance, build quality, and overall design exceeded my expectations. Unfortunately, after a month of solid performance, the scooter suddenly stopped working due to battery or wiring issues. On the plus side, the company’s customer service has been exceptional. I reached out, and they quickly arranged for a replacement under warranty. Although the battery/wiring issue is disappointing, the prompt response and willingness to stand behind their product give me confidence that future units will be much improved. Overall, I’m cautiously optimistic about the brand. If you're looking for a stylish and efficient scooter, it's worth considering—just be aware that you might encounter some battery hiccups.
