The bike arrived the next day, so great delivery in the end. All in all, the bike itself is exactly as described (although already made up, so didn't have to fix any pedals etc.). I would say that this bike is ideal if, like me, you have had surgery (hip replacement), as it means I can exercise when the weather gets rough or I just want to exercise on dark evenings. Its gentle on the legs and can be set at speed settings that suit you (I warm up with 4 and move up to 6 or 7). Minus points: the timing setting. It stops at 5 minutes and you can't set it for longer, so you have to set it all over again. I can understand they don't want someone frail over doing it, but its still a nuisance! Be aware, there isn't any resistance setting, so you won't want this if you are ready for a proper gym bike, but its excellent for rehab or those who are more frail (especially as it turns the pedals for you). I think someone asked a question about whether it was suitable for those who have had a stroke, or have difficulty moving one leg, and I would say yes, its ideal. The last down side is the distance from pedals to the stand legs. I had trainers on originally (size 7 feet), and I slightly knocked against the top of the stand. If you have big feet, it might not give you enough clearance.
