Great Book!!
I started this book and couldn’t put it down. I read it in less than two days.Good message about how you talk / treat yourself.Probing questions and exercises on negative self talk and the reasons behind it.I have noticed a huge difference in my mental language and demeanor after a day or so of reading it.Great book for self awareness and reflection. 😎

Read it if it fits
This is likely a great book if you have a lot or even some “negative self talk” in your head. I tried hard to read this to find something that I could relate to, but never did. I have negative thoughts, but about situations not my personal worth. I found no help in this book. For the right person, maybe even many people, this book might be a life changer. For me it was just negative.
