Having said that it was useful and I do feel my belly getting firmer after a few weeks use. These ones seems to be the cheaper and improved version of the belt I used to own so I decided to give it another go, and they really work in a similar way as before, so I am happy to have bought the same thing with a fraction of cost.More imprtantly, the entire device is cheaper than the replacement gel pads for my EMS belt, so I'd just replace the device once the gel pads had lost stickiness.
