FANTASTIC
Fantastic product. I purchased a smaller unit by Ninja and returned due to power. This product produces! It has enough power to blend, puree, and completely crush whatever I place in it quickly. It’s user friendly and a breeze to clean. The cup attaché’s effortlessly to the base and removes easily as well. It’s nice to be able to unscrew the base and drink right out of the base with a straw or to use the lid with flip up cap. All positive remarks for this unit - quality, ease of use, and productivity.

A Worthwhile Upgrade
Worth the Upgrade CostI had the Ninja Blast and it worked well until it stopped working. It was insured and so a refund from Asurion was easily handled and worth the cost.Because I like to make smoothies with ice, I upgraded the Ninja to the Max and it was well woth it. It has three levels, it starts right up, it's easy to put on and take the vessel off base with a click. It holds a charge longer, and the charging cord and plug are both included. Bottom line: it also makes great frosty drinks. A definite happy buy.

Total satisfaction for desired portable drinks! Worth the money!
excellent blender. It has great features for getting the exact desired blend of a drink. Easy to operate and holds more liquid than a blend jet, but still sturdy and light weight. This product is better than the blend jet.

Works great
Ninja has a reputation for producing great products for the home. Thus, I was looking forward to getting and using this blender.I love a smoothie. I have tried other blenders especially since for health purposes my provider has recommended 1-2 smoothies a day.First, it needs to be charged. The charger is packed inside the blender itself. Plug it in to charge before use. It does take a long time. Don't plan to use that day.The instructions are easy to read and follow. There is a little recipe booklet included along with a guide for what to add and the order to add the items. There is a good explanation about errors that can occur with the blender and how to correct them. The container itself has the markings for what you add - 6 ounces minimum of liquid. It has a max fill line.It comes with good instructions and a great guide for making your smoothies: liquid, fresh fruits, leafy greens, sticky stuff, and frozen fruits/ice. You are cautioned if you add more frozen fruits you may need to add more fluid.I added an 8 ounce protein supplement shake, a banana and a cup of frozen strawberries. It was so easy to use. Power on. When the white lights were on, pressed the smoothie button and let it do its thing. It will power on and off for a minute or more. Remove the vessel from the motor, push the button on the lid and drink. The texture was just right. You have the option of taking just the vessel or taking both the vessel and motor (for remixing later).I only have 1 complaint and it isn't worth subtracting a 1 star. It is an irritation though. It should have a standard USB-C charger instead of the one it has that is a dedicated charger.I do recommend the mixer because of the power, versatility, and ease of use. Great for smoothies, milkshakes and more. We made daiquiris and they turned out perfect.

Generally good blender for camping and such
Quick update after using it for a few weeks - the charging indicator works fine, showing green for a number of smoothies, turning red/orange after 7 of them. Probably needed a couple of cycles to calibrate the display.I took it camping a few times and it works just great. I love that the mixing container does double duty as a smoothie bottle rather than having to use yet another thing that needs to be cleaned. I also bought a sleeve/bag for the Blast Max which protects it well during travels.Allow charging via USB-C (or car 12V adapter), and perhaps simplify the cap somehow for easier cleaning, and it would be a clear 5/5.I am an avid Camper and a Health Nut. For my daily smoothie, I use a Vitamix 6300 which reduces anything in the container to a smooth mass. For camping, I had one of those hand-held blenders which do work but tend to clog up quickly and create more of a lumpy than a smoothie. Also, there is always the danger of getting splashed which isn't fun when you're dealing with beets. So I figured I'd give this a try to bring my camping smoothies up to the next level. Note that I pre-blend most of the ingredients in my Vitamix and then freeze the result into concentrated cubes for camping, add banana and frozen pineapple and some Chia, let it sit outside the freezer over night and blend it in the morning.Anyway, I haven't gone camping with the Blast yet, but I think it will work out just fine. I tested how many smoothies I get out of one battery charge and got 11 after the first charge. So blending twice per smoothie will make it last 5 days which is fine for me.The resulting smoothie is right in between the Vitamix and the Blender stick, better than expected for greens like Celery and Kale and even solid things like Beet. Don't pack it too tightly because it will report being stuck if the blade can't spin up freely. Once it turns it makes quick work of the ingredients. There are a few small "room for improvements" and one bigger one. The cap for example is designed well for its function, but not for cleaning. Lots of crooks and nannies in there that need lots of work if you happen to not rinse it right away.Another small thing that could be improved is the charge display. According to the manual, it is green when charged and red when it needs a charge. However, mine turns red right after disconnecting the charger. It blends a while before it stops, but I would like to see a 0/25/50/75/100% indicator, or a digital percentage. Just a red light doesn't do a fairly pricey blender justice. The big thing for me is the dedicated 110V charger. This makes it more challenging to charge on the road. Of course, charging may not be necessary if the batteries hold strong, but I think it would be good to be able to charge this via regular USB-C or at least a 12V. Also good luck if you loose the charger. We'll see how it holds up long term and if there will be replacement parts (like the container/blade assembly) if that should be needed.

The Little Ninja That Could
This is the best small appliance ever! I don't know what I did for making protein shakes and fruit smoothies (except make a terrible mess!) before I got this Ninja blender. Now I'm getting the protein I need with almost no effort. This thing is powerful, crushing ice cubes and frozen fruit at the touch of a button. The canister holds 22 oz. Easy to set up, easy to clean, easy to carry everywhere you go. Just get it!

Mixes well, battery life
Should’ve bought this a while ago! Great for mixing up smoothies in the morning or protein shakes. Mixes very well, super easy to clean, the size is great. Do wish they’d make of these in a larger size! Battery life seems to be really good! Now the noise level, it’s extremely loud! It is a blender after all. Quality of the bottle is good, seems to be thick and not flimsy either!
