I have been buying just the noodles from this company for Asian dishes and usually season it with Samabila Korean Ramen Vegan & GF "Chicken" seasoning if I want just noodles or a soup. I must have somehow missed that they carried a single pack of ramen soup all this time! Needless to say, I jumped right on it. My order came yesterday when I was feeling under the weather and just wanted some soup. I did not have the energy to cook something complex, so I grabbed one of these ramen packs, a 6 oz package of fresh shitake mushrooms I had in the fridge and some leftover tofu and made some soup. I prepared as directed, drained and added the 2/3 cup water, the dry seasoning pack, some extra veggie broth (since I wanted extra broth) and cooked the shitake in the boiling liquid. I removed and added the cooked noodles and some reheated tofu. It hit the spot! I ended up loving it so much, I had it again today! When I am feeling better, I would definitely dress this up with some fresh scallions, carrot, some extra seasoning and a sprinkle of San-J Sweet Tamari splash. Now, anyone expecting this to taste like wheat Ramen is unrealistic! They are made of brown and white rice so of course, they are going to taste like rice noodles! That being said, they are as authentic as possible in my opinion. I am also vegan, so I appreciate that this is a vegan product as well. As I already used 2 packs in 2 days, I will be ordering more soon. I see this becoming a weekly staple for me! I highly recommend this for a quick and delicious soup that lends itself to several add-ins for variety!

This is great for celiac’s and those looking for a gluten free fix for ramen noodles. My daughter loves them.

I brought the water to a complete rolling boil. Then add the noddles. Set a timer for seven minutes. At the same time. I was boiling more water separately. I then drained the noodles. Then added the boiling water and powder chicken base and oil. It tasted like top Ramen. 😋 But it is 24 bucks for a 6 pack. So not worth it for the price.

I love these ramen noodles! They taste great. After not eating ramen for years, I was so excited to find gluten free ramen. It is great quality, it doesn’t take long to cook, and the texture is great.

If you’re looking for a maruchan dupe this isn’t it. I had high hopes but the flavor is completely different and the noodle consistency is a typical rice noodle(not easy to bite through). Someone said the house smelled like cat food when I cooked them. I can say, I don’t think a cat would even eat this. Very disappointing.

I find the flavor packet in these a little weird. The smell is kind of like a bone broth. The taste is okay, but don't expect it to be the exact same as the non-GF Ramen out there.

Once I developed celiacs I gave up gluten. There were certain things I figured I’d never have again. Then I stumbled across these. They are just as good as the ones with gluten. I wish they came in more than chicken flavor. Shrimp and beef would be nice, but I’m just happy to have ramen.

This is just like the ramen we all knew growing up, but it's safe for those that need to be gluten free. It's got great taste and the texture of the noodles are spot on! This is a must have for your pantry!
