New to ryse , I enjoyed the cosmic brownie I found locally , and i fell down the Amazon rabbit hole and found my favorite snack cake flavor ! It's very good! Not a strong protein flavor while still having all the benefits! I appreciate the fact it's not too sweet as well, keeps me from getting a belly ache !

ok i bought this out of all the other flavers cause i used to down boxes of straberry rolls as a kid its part of the reason i got so fat to begin with... this is a reason why some things cant be too good cause i got it opened it took a sip.. then downed the glass lol ummm yeah needless to say i love this write back if i have stomach issues or something but so far so good i cant wait to get the cookie one should be getting it soon

Mixes well with water. Just tastes like a basic strawberry shake.
