You may not be able to taste much because it’s decaffeinated. I have even higher quality low-caffeine matcha I bought directly in Japan from Marukyu Koyamaen and that is better quality (in terms of the color) but I would say this caff off brand is the next best things for the US. I drink matcha through out the day (2-3g) to help with my ADHD because of l-theanine and EGCG content without the caffeine. The matcha makes me feel happy and productive without jitters or anxiety that caffeine gives. The only thing you have to watch out for is how it’s stored after opening and also consume it quickly within a month. I left the opened bag in my cupboard and the matcha spoiled. The powder turned from a nice spring green to a green yellow and the brew became bitter. Put your opened bag in the fridge! They sell two sizes and the larger size is more economical but if you cannot finish the bigger size within a month, it’s better to get the smaller size.
