Before this purchase, I used one mini pan to make a circle shaped egg for my breakfast sandwiches. The reason why I bought this new pan was because there are 2 areas to cook 2 eggs. I like to make breakfast sandwiches for me and my partner. Before this pan, it was a little annoying to cook one egg at a time with the mini pan. Now with this new pan, I can cook 2 circle shaped eggs at the same time! I love this new pan! The egg tastes much better. My partner agrees too. I think it's because it has a light and more fluffy texture. The eggs cook thoroughly and pretty quick. I didn't have a problem flipping the eggs. I used oil and butter before putting the eggs in. Easy to clean. Nicely made. Nice look. I was so impressed, I just bought the cookware set- 21 piece. We really needed a new set. Our old pans are not in good condition with scratches and not easy to clean. I can't wait use the new pans! Makes me excited to cook!!!

TL/DR: A near-unitasker pan for cooking eggs or the like that are perfectly round. The aluminum spreads heat evenly, it works on induction, and the non-stick works. When it arrived, the non-stick felt rough in some of the cups so I'm knocking a point off, but so far it seems good enough to keep using.I am using the 4-hole pan to make eggs for breakfast sandwiches. I make a fair number of breakfast sandwiches so having a quick way of making perfectly round eggs is a big help.The pan heats up fairly quickly and evenly. Eggs fit the holes perfectly. With a small amount of oil I've seen no sticking. You will need a silicone offset spatula or similar to get in and flip the eggs - or a lid (not included) to steam the tops of the eggs.The one thing that bothers me about the pan is the roughness to the non-stick inside some of the egg holes. Running fingers across the surface of the pan, you could feel that some of the surface coating wasn't evenly applied. It hasn't caused any problems but I do wonder about the longevity and durability based on that coating.

Is so easy to use, eggs just flip so easily and slide right out....and clean up is nothing!...just rinse and dry with paper towel...no scent left, nothing, looks brand new again.

I found that this pan worked well on my DUX induction cooktop...And was good for cooking multiple eggs at a time or warming up-cooking precooked bacon. It is a nice complement to the 4 place matching egg pan. For small jobs it can do just about anything including omelets.

I never thought I would love a pan this much !! I hate cooking however with this I would make something all the time ! It is smaller but 100% with it makes the best eggs and bacon and toast can be toasted and for some reason they turn out so good ! You do have to prep the pan which is really easy and both g sticks all I have to do is wipe it out
