This is a game changer (crazy hamstring/glute workouts)
I have been working out for over 10 years now and over the years I’ve tried several different new gym equipment that I come across on the internet. Nothing I ever try is worthy of keeping. I told myself that I’d give this product a shot since I’ve been focusing on my hamstrings recently and have been incorporating RDLs in my training routine. This product has changed my life. I’ve been using this for deadlifts and the stretch I’m feeling is insane. I have never been sore like this in so long and it feels great. The quality is ridiculously good and I see myself using this for a really long time since I don’t see it wearing down anytime soon. What I like about this is that It’s not just specialized for one workout, but rather its versatile to where I have many different workouts I can incorporate this in. I don’t usually go out of my way to write reviews but this products quality really amazed me. Thanks for coming to my ted talk.

Perfect gym use
I was using this product at my local gym for quite some, after getting a secondary membership I needed this block at the new spot. It is perfect for goblet squats and I enjoy it for RDLs and heel elevated squats. Highly recommend.

250lb total load rating
This foam works great for myself. When my husband tried using it for dead lifts it pretty much collapsed. I came to the listing page to see the load rating and was shocked to see it’s only 250lbs. My husband alone weighs that. The only thing he’s found he can use it for is hip thrusts.

Simple, functional, excellent
For something so relatively simple, this thing is excellent. Super helpful for so many different exercises, I use it a lot more than I expected to. It's light, sturdy, and pretty much the right and angles to do everything I wanted it to. Wonderful piece of at home gym equipment

Great product. SUPER overpriced.
This is a solid product idea and generally well executed I think. It looks nice, and feels reasonably high quality. It's multi-functional to some extent, in that I've used for deficit deadlift; as a cushion for cable low-rows while seated on the floor, and to add some height for barbell rows for achieve a deeper stretch. That said, all of those functions can be achieved by almost *anything* else. Any other stable platform that adds the desired amount of height to whatever you're intending to use it for. It could be wood, a bumped plate, a rubber block; in fact, before I got this I would use one of the pulling blocks I made with 3/4" thick stall mats, cut into 2'x2' squares and stacked 3 high to perform these same functions: it was half the cost to make. This is a good idea for a product, and again, well executed. But $70 for a block of foam? That's kind of crazy to me. I hate giving it such a low rating for something that's generally well made, but I absolutely CANNOT justify that price point. I don't recommend this. You can assemble something yourself for half the cost or less and make it look and function just as well as this.

Nice addition
This is a super dense thick foam and so easy to use. Great addition to any gym and sturdy. Love the height of it. Not to tall but perfect for a calf lift or to even use as support for your knees when working out the abs.

Simple but Useful
This is a simple but useful product. It is essentially a big block of dense foam. Mine measures 20 x 20 x 6 inches just as the product listing states, and it weighs just under 4 pounds. When I use it, it deflects only slightly under my bodyweight and the weight I'm lifting. The surface has good traction to prevent slipping. It is handy for so many things. I use it for squats, split squats, dead lifts and calf stretches. I even use it to prop up one end of my bench for decline presses. The angle of the board feels right for how I use it.The box can free stand on its end so when not in use you can set it next to a wall where it doesn't take up much space and is out of the way. This slant board is a little pricey ($64.99 at the time of this review) but it is a product I will get a lot of use out of that I expect will last the rest of my lifetime.

Slant foam board
This product is study and well made. It is a dense foam that is able to support an adult woman with no issues. The color and measurements are accurately reflected on item listing. Overall a great versatile product I’m happy with in my home gym.
