I purchased the Samsung Smart TV Voice Remote Replacement after my original remote stopped working, and I’m thrilled with the experience! I simply inserted two AAA batteries (It is worth noting that the product does not come with batteries, so you will need to prepare them separately. Additionally, to install the batteries, simply slide the back cover downwards following the arrow indicator to open the battery compartment, The voice remote control can also replace a solar-powered voice remote control), and it paired seamlessly with my Samsung TV. It features all the essential buttons, including convenient shortcuts to popular streaming apps like Netflix and Amazon Prime Video, making navigation effortless. The build quality is impressive, providing a comfortable grip and a design that feels just as premium as the original Samsung remote. The buttons are highly responsive, with no noticeable lag between pressing and the TV's response. I’ve been using it daily for over a month without any problems. Worked well with my LG C1 TV. Firstly, I replaced my OEM LG C1 TV remote due to the sticky buttons, and figured I would replace it with the latest version. I am more than satisfied with this remote not only because the buttons are clicky, but because of the minimalist design and weight reduction. Note: I haven't been able to toggle the mute button for this remote, but I think that's a TV issue, not a remote issue. Would definitely recommend this remote as a replacement and am considering purchasing another one for my other LG OLED TV.

The original one that came in the package, but I have big hands and the one that came as it comes in the package it was for. I guess it’s on for somebody with small hands. I ordered this one because basically it was designed for a person like me with large hands. It works quite well not that the other one didn’t work, but it was just this is a lot easier to use.

Works perfectly! It was easy to set up, all the buttons respond well, and it works just like the original remote.

Pros: - upgrade in size and ergonomics - immediately recognized tv - no connectivity issues - inexpensive Cons: - voice activation doesn't work - has same superfluous controls as unit it replaced - couple of most used buttons (apps, mute) are tiny Overall, an inexpensive improvement over the original, but still has all the flaws of the original

Fabulous .. works straight away followed the on screen TV instructions to hold the 2 buttons and then ... Bingo a new fresh and most importantly working remote for my 2018-2019 65inch Samsung Q7FNa TV with added quick select buttons to get to Prime video with one press . Its a lot sleeker than my older original Samsung remote , with rubberised volume buttons as opposed to the originals plasticky ones . also now uses AAA batteries instead of the older remotes AA ( and more expensive ones ) . I look forward to the many hours trying to find this remote after i fall asleep watching rando stuff on YT and waking up with no idea where it has gone 😂best thing is though it is now relatively cheap to replace ( about a quarter the price of the original Samsung one ) .
