Ours is refillable. If you receive one that is not, I suggest notifying Amazon as the product was incorrectly listed. Our non refillable is slightly less money.

where do you get refills?

Usually a direct perfume dealer online, sometimes Macy's depending on sale. Ordered once on Amazon and it was green liquid and smelled nothing like Angel.
