Large, flexible cold gel pack. Will conform to any body part. There is a soft, cloth side to the ice pack. Wonderful ice pack.

Great for any part of your body that needs large ice pack
I like it very much. I like the size it covers your entire lower back. I like the idea that it has one side. That is very soft. I keep it very cold in the freezer, So it gets nice and cold quickly. I would recommend it.

Helpful and does the job!
I’ve been using this AiricePac back ice pack for soreness and minor injuries, and overall it does a solid job. The large size is a big plus—it covers a wide area of the back, which makes it more effective than smaller packs. The gel stays flexible even when frozen, so it wraps comfortably around the body without feeling too stiff. The adjustable wrap helps keep it in place, allowing for hands-free use, which is really convenient. It also stays cold for a reasonable amount of time, though I sometimes wish it lasted a bit longer for extended sessions. Pros: Large coverage area, flexible when frozen, comfortable fit, reusable and easy to use Cons: Cold retention could be slightly longer for extended use Overall, a reliable and practical ice pack for everyday pain relief. Great for regular use, with just a small improvement needed in how long it stays cold.

Just what I needed
Works fine and I don’t need a towel between my skin and the pac. There is a nice soft material that helps with it being extra ice cold. It covers a large area on my back and it’s easy to use daily.

Comfortable and flexible!
This has proven to be a wonderful ice pack. It is two sided, the first being very soft and gentle against the skin and the second side being nylon which seams to stay colder. It has allowed me to use the softer plush side first and then reverse to the nylon side afterwards for a longer use time. It is also very flexible while keeping the gel in place and not bunching.

Stiff & wont stay cild
Doesn't stay cold Very stiff Plastic side comes out of freezer & gets wet right away. You need a towel ot it drips all over
