Upon arrival I instantly felt cheated because the jar was barely filled 25% of the way and it was a big chunky mess. They’re sending a replacement so we’ll see if it’s a recurring issue. The product is known for its iconic swirl like you see in the brand’s photo and video so arriving looking like this is unacceptable. Sadly, it looks like almost every other review had the same issue so I’m assuming it gets tossed around a lot during handling but this still shouldn’t be happening on this level. I’ve seen it in ULTA & Nordstrom completely full with the swirl so I know it’s possible for this to be delivered properly but when done through Amazon it’s a hot mess. Buy this product in store only where you can see it before you buy it because this just feels like a total waste of money UPDATE: they sent a replacement and there’s definitely more in the new jar and I can make out that there used to be a swirl but it’s still not a full jar. Honestly, it feels like when you buy a chip bag and it’s only filled up 50-75% of the way.
