Thin but surprisingly effective
I wasnโt sure on receiving these as they looked too thin but definitely make a noticeable difference to my feet which are far comfier with some support now as recommended by my podiatrist

Good to add to an orthotic adaptation

Insoles
Recommended by chiropodist but having received found they were fairly thin and did not absorb and diminish the pain felt when walking! Expensive and donโt do what they claim! I found Dr Scholl insoles at a third of the cost that did a far better job.

No good for me
Not very impressed with these for the money. They are very thin and I didn't find they provided much in the way of shock absorption. They are quite a "sticky" (if that's the right word) synthetic rubber type of material which gripped my socks better than the inside of the shoe; net result I found it almost impossible to get my foot into the shoe without these rumpling up. Also, once I did get them sorted, they were very hot to use. All in all, a complete failure for me, and they went in the bin after a short initial wear.
