He is up in the microwave and you're good to go for an hour. I can't believe how long this thing stays warm. It's great for the aches and pains and it's a good size. Easy to use. The price is really good compared to the other ones I seen. It's heavy duty and there's no chance it's going to spring a leak. It even smells good when you heat it up. Who needs electric blankets when you can get one of these to warm up your bed

Very few heating beads

I am so happy with this microwavable heating pad! It is very soft and has a cover that can be removed and washed. I don't doubt it will help with pain but I use it when I get into bed at night when the room is cold. It is perfectly sized too. Within just a few minutes I am toasty warm. Some of the reviews I read indicated their heating pad burned in the microwave. When I heat it I first fold the pad over in half, place it in the microwave, and then place a microwave splatter cover over it. I have a small micro and using this method I heat it for 3 mins; It holds the heat for a good amount of time. I also stay nearby to make sure it goes off without a hitch. Buy it, you won't be disappointed!

I love these. 1 1/2 minutes on each side in a microwave will keep you warm for hours!

Sorry , I returned this heating pad. Problems unable to get the beads in a flat order, just bunched up I on end. Didn't keep warm even for a few minutes

I got injured at work and this pack being BOTH heat and cold capable has saved me in more ways than one!!! Its the perfect size for my leg!!!

This heating pad appeared well made. It was a decent smaller size and super soft. What I didn't like was it was very thin and it didn't hold heat long at all. After having to warm it up at least 3 times in an hour to meet my heat needs, I knew it wasn't for me and I returned it. It's possible mine was defective, because I feel it should have had more filling in it and that would have helped hold the heat longer.
