I looked for a long time for just the right electric fireplace for our project. This was turned out even better than I hoped! We had a problem with shipping - the whole front glass was shattered. I contacted the seller and they were very quick to answer and eager to fix the problem. They sent a new unit right away. As far as fake flames go, I love the look of these! It is very calming. The kids love changing the colors, but I enjoy the realistic reds and oranges. Install was easy, the glass top slides right back onto the front after the casing is installed for a seamless look. I was very impressed with the heat output as well! And it runs so quietly you can hardly tell it's on. We have no complaints! It was a great choice.

Easy install, looks good and puts out some heat. The cats love it. Much easier, cleaner and cheaper than putting a real fireplace in.

I have purchased several electric fireplaces from Amazon over the years, and this is one of the nicer ones I have found. Great price, love that you can set the brightness, and we actually kept the log base instead of doing the crystals and it looks great! Heating element is nice as well, with a high and low setting. Flame looks good - runs quiet.

The fireplace is beautiful! I love all of the different design options that it provides. It really allows you to be able to make it work with any space. It’s very easy to change out the options and to operate. Love that it has a remote control as some of the other options that I was looking at did not. Most importantly, this company has AMAZING customer service! I had a little hiccup and their customer service was friendly, quick, and efficient in resolving the issue. It seems it’s rare to experience customer service like theirs nowadays. They truly value their customers.

This is a beautiful electric fireplace at a great price. It's got plenty of color options. You can choose between installing the logs or the crystals. We went with crystals. I chose this one mainly because some of the competitors reviews complained of theirs being noisy while using heat. This is quiet. - However the trade off is that the heat section is small (only the center vent blows heat). And it doesn't blow much heat at all. So if you expect to do any real heating with it, beside supplementary, you may want to consider another unit. As large as it is you get a "warm vibe" that the heater can't live up to. Still we love it. It's beautiful in our non-heated garage. An added space heater is helping

The perfect fire place for us. It was easy to install. And height and length on the photo was right so that made it easier to install. The only thing I wish this did was have an option to make the fire “crackle” like a real fire! Other than that it’s perfect for us!

This is my first electric fireplace so I don’t have anything to compare it to but it looks nice and we like it. We keep it on the most realistic settings. Don’t really like the different colors but that’s a personal preference. The only design issue is that the cord comes out of the right side in an odd place. That’s the side the outlet was on but it initially hit the framing. I just had to change the framing a bit. Turned out nice though.
