Mattress came stained and only rose to 11 inches after 5 days of letting it expand. So just save yourself the extra $30 and buy the 10 inch if that bothers you.Comfortability wise, it's an Amazon foam mattress. So to each their own. I have a butg so sure that's pressing into it but it doesn't feel like my spine is out of alignment with itself.I used to sell tempurPedic mattresses and regardless of the mattress you get, it will take a week or two to adjust from your previous. I'll try to update my review then.Also, there isn't an odd smell thankfully.Update*** 10/6This mattress is insufferably hot. Says it's cooling but couldn't be further from the truth. Not to mention it sinks in the middle where my body tends to lay, making it insanely uncomfortable to turn to either side.**Get a different mattress**

I purchased this mattress for my daughter, and she loves it. The mattresses is comfortable and of good quality, especially considering the price. It is 10 inches thick just as described. It’s plush and provides great support. I also appreciate how easy the setup was—the packaging was very user-friendly. Overall, this is a good purchase for me.

The mattress itself was great and came how it was described. Unfortunately though I purchased a king size and was sent a full size, and yes that’s the mattress on a king size bed frame. The box and everything was labeled as king size and so I didn’t know it was the wrong size until it was fully inflated. Would recommend this mattress stronger if I was sent the correct size and haven’t been given the run around by Amazon just to get my money back and return the item.

This is a pleasant surprise. The mattress is shipped in a box, which is very convenient to carry to the bedroom. The mattress is very beautiful and of suitable thickness. It feels very comfortable to lie down. I can sleep well and have a good dream.

Maybe I got the wrong bed or what but this mattress is hard! Plush where? Will be returning and getting something else bc the week I’ve had this my back and neck has been STIFF

This is my first plush mattress , I was worried about the firmness since I really need the mattress can provide good support, but this one did a really good job. I can feel the comfort with the support to my back. I love it every night I sleep on it. One more thing, the package is pretty user friendly.
