Sizing is hard work
Good quality, good fit, but can't work out the sizing. The XS would fit a regular height 5 year old I think, we'll try an S for our 8 year old

Possibly not for older fighters or those new to martial arts.
When I was young and into shin conditioning these would have been fine, but now I'm nearly 40 and have been out of kickboxing for more than 10 years I have to say these are not that well padded. My shins are covered in painful bruises and swelling. They don't move around much which is a good thing. So if you are young and condition your shins these are likely a good fit. When I was in my 20s we didn't even wear shin pads so these would have been excellent. But if you are new to martial arts or a bit older like me, fhen you might want something with a bit more protection.

Xs not suitable for small women.
These are beautiful but the size information isn’t the best so I thought I’d add it here. I’m a 4ft11 small woman so I ordered the XS but they would be more suitable for my 9 year old daughter or 11 year old son. They were very small even for me ! I’ve reordered in a size M and will leave another review when received. I had a pair of these before wasn’t sure what size but they fit perfectly and lasted 3 years until they got a bit broken with 6 days a week usage. I personally love Venum products especially the gloves.

These are exceptionally small think they should be advertised as kids sizes. Small would fit a 5/6 year old. Verg disappointing as was a Christmas present!
