Crossbody Travel Bag 11x8.5 Lightweight Water-resistant Nylon Handbag

It is my second Baggalini crossbody. The previous Tripple Zip crossbody was nice and met my needs but when the amount of keys that I had to keep in my bag reached more than 12 I realised that I need something bigger. When I received the Crossover crossbody I was impressed with numerous pockets for my every need and more. The second feature that now I consider as a high priority is key ring with key leash. Now I feel safe and I know that my keys are always with me. And of course it was pleasant to receive RFID purse and I am not afraid to loose it as it stays connected with my bag. I absolutely love that this bag is so well organized, divided into 3 sections and I know place of location for each item and do not waste time for searching. I also like its central compartment for its easy access and I keep there some of my things that I need to take out and return back fast. Now I realise that it is so hard to find 3-compartment bag at affordable price that I shall not replace it with something else . Also I like its material, it looks nice and it is durable and light and waterproof. I have to spend many hours outside my home at work and I have to carry all my necessities with me. So I keep the following in my bag: Central compartment - phone (or even two phones), bluetooth headphones in their bag, sun glasses, sunscreen stick, 12 keys, coin purse, two combs and rfid purse supplied together with the bag, Front zip compartment - paper documents, bills etc. Rear zip compartments - glassed, pens, small note Front open pocket - monthly pass ticket, another front open pocket - some coins, tickets and not important papers. Still do not know what to put in small front zip pockets - may be I shall decide later on that may be charging device. In the zipped pocket of the central compartment I keep my cards and ID and I am happy that it is located in the safest place of the bag. And in the rear pocket with magnetic closure I keep my cards for meditation but it is large enough to hold a large phone. And I also like the bag capability to stand by itself and not to fall down. So my dream of well organized crossbody cane true. The only thing that I need now is compartment or side pocket for water bottle. I found a hobo bag from Baggalini with this feature but it does not have so many compartments. Anyway I am completely satisfied and Baggalini is the best.

Perfect bag! I use it daily, not just for travel. Very lightweight but sturdy, has many compartments and is easy to use. Strap is adjustable, too. It has an attached pouch for smaller items, I use it for credit cards. I will buy another color.

This has been a great purchase! For years I've had difficulty finding a purse I liked because like a crazy woman, I wanted pockets! When I first found this one I was a little apprehensive. I've only ever bought cheap purses before, but I was also super tired of them wearing out in about a year or so if I were lucky. I was so fed up I was finally willing to spend more to have a purse that lasted. What did I want besides pockets? I wanted it to look nice. It didn't have to be the latest fashion, but I wanted a bit of a timeless quality that would mean it looked good several years from now and not just in the moment. I wanted good, solid construction and quality materials that would hold up to use and occasional abuse. It also needed to be able to carry a lot without looking like it carried a lot. For me, this purse checked all of those boxes! With so many pockets I had no problem organizing the purse to hold what I wanted where I wanted so I could always find it quickly and easily. The material used surprised me the most because it looks really nice, but it's also very sturdy and I don't feel I have to worry about it if I need to set the purse down on the floor or ground. I was able to fit an amazing amount of meds and first aid items in here, along with other everyday essentials easily, and the purse doesn't appear to be bulging at the seams at all. I can't say that a mother of a small child could fit everything she needs into the purse because that would depend on what that mother carries. I think however most women could fit everything they want or need in this purse and be fine. My only regret is I didn't find Baggallini purses sooner!

When buying a purse, I always want more info. If you agree, here is the description from front to back. Front has 2 zipper pockets. Great for carrying lipstick, small mirror, gum, etc. Behind the zipper pockets are 2 slip pockets. Great for carrying glasses and small kleenex. My phone (Galaxy S23 with otterbox case) does not fit, though. Next - the full sized, zipped narrow compartment. It has a zipped interior compartment and key leash. Next - the main compartment. Closes with a snap. This is my only beef: the snap is barely magnetized. I would be loathe to carry something of value, e.g., wallet, cell phone etc. It is very deep and wide, however. Next - the full sized narrow compartment. This has one interior slip pockets & pen/lipstick holder. Otherwise, it is identical to the other zipped compartment. Last, a large slip pocket with a magnetic snap. This is perfect for a large phone. No zipper makes it easy to retrieve quickly. The magnetic snap insures that it won't fall out if you forget to snap it shut. This snap seems to have more magnetization. The strap is similar to a grosgrain ribbon but thicker and more pliable. It is very comfortable to wear as a cross bag. I'm 5'3" and don't find the width, 1.5 inches, to be a problem. Although it is a larger cross body purse, the weight makes it easy to carry. I love that the cell phone is quickly accessible. Obviously, this isn't "high fashion" but it is a daily workhorse. If the main compartment had a more solid closure, it would be perfect.

A perfect purse, minus the card slots. I’ve never had a Baggallini! This style is perfect. I ordered the charcoal and it has beautiful purple lining on the inside. I’ve only had it one day, but there are so many pockets, you can use them all, and they don’t make the bag look bulky. As other reviewers said, it’s not so flat that there is no width, this version has some width at the bottom and can stand up on its own. The charcoal nylon material has a shimmer to it even indoors abs outside it’s even more beautiful. This purse has a low key sophistication, like a fine charcoal suit, yet it’s casual enough to wipe down and carry with just shorts on. I do agree with other reviewers—only issue is the wristlet did not have card slots inside nor were there card slots inside the purse. But I love the wristlet, big enough for a little cash, a few cards, and even my smaller cell phone fits in it. I only need two credit cards and my ID. I didn’t worry about slots, abs there are two tiny pockets with zippers so I’m using those for my other cards that I don’t need all the time.

This was just the size I was looking for to replace my other bag that I carried for at least two years. I can still use it but I wanted a new one that was not floppy like my old one because it was used as my sole purse. So many compartments to keep me organized. I love the three zippers in the front and the inside zipper it has plus the small pockets and the one for a phone. I put my readers and a little pack of Kleenex in that spot because I’m afraid I’ll knock my purse over when I’m out and lose my phone. Baggalini is a wonderful brand and I found one at Ross stores in this same shape so cheap. This purse was cheaper here than I could get at Baggalini website. I wanted this shape because I don’t like a wide purse. The one I bought from Baggalini is too narrow to carry what I need. I need one about 4-5 inches wide and Amazon came through for me. The size is great with a lot of storage for a small purse. It’s my favorite brand and style! The adjustable straps are nice to switch for however tall you are. I bought the black but would like to have several other colors to choose from as there are so many. Have the small crossbody that I got for my husband and he likes it for his billfold, readers, receipts and a snack when he makes his runs to the stores. You can’t go wrong with this brand and all the styles they have.

I shopped long and hard, both locally and online, for my "ideal" bag. After much frustration I am trying this one. PROS: • Lightweight: 12.24oz. WITHOUT the Wristlet. 13.65oz. WITH it. • It's not too big (I'm 5'1", so I need smaller scale). • Plenty of pockets & zippered compartments. • Several colors to choose from. • 2 vertical pen slots (much better than horizontal). • Two D-rings stitched into either side of the side seams, of the main snapped pocket. They allow you to attach the Wristlet or a Lanyard. One of them has a 6 inch strap. CONS: • The zippers are NON-LOCKING. In fact, not only do they not lock, they don't even have a catchpin to prevent accidentally opening. If they're not completely zipped, anyone can easily open it by simply sliding a finger inside. Definitely not good when traveling, (which is ironic, since Baggallini is known for its' travel bags). • Only one slip pocket inside the whole bag. (I need at least 2.) • Only the Wristlet is RFID protected, not the whole bag. (My wallet is RFID, so not an issue for me personally.) • The back outside pocket should have a bottom zipper for a luggage handle, (and lockable, to be used as a regular pocket when not traveling). • The front pockets, both the open and zippered ones, expand very little. They're only good for very small stuff. • Wish it was available in a true Purple, lol! * Not sure why, but to me it feels unnatural to open the zippers from top to bottom. But I do agree the bag looks better with the zippers closed at the top. Bottom line: Almost perfect organizational design. Better for everyday use, but definitely lacking functional and safety features for traveling.

Perfect bag for everyday and travel. Big enough but not too big. Easily fits in carryon for the tiny regional jets. Has good secure zipper compartments, while still has easy access pockets. Love the color that goes with everything. Can be dressed up or casual. Very well laid out for organizing and remember everything is. Took a while to find perfect bag. First too small, then too big, then this was just right. Love that I can use as crossbody for travel, but still great as shoulder bag for around town. Also was an amazing price.
