First of all, not only is it really beautiful, it is super easy to use and offers great information on honey. Every recipe is confined to a single page. It makes it so much easier than flipping back and forth as in most other cookbooks. I love that the recipes are identified as Gluten Free, Dairy Free, and Vegetarian, too. Finally, I love that the recipes are sorted in appendices by dietary restriction and honey varietal. Makes it easy if you need vegetarian options or what to make with the Chai Honey.I had also expected that the recipes would be mostly sweet dessert recipes, but there are many savory ones as well. There are entire chapters on recipes for breakfast, side dishes, desserts, sauces, etc. I love the variety of recipes and also how easy they are to make! Author and chef Carrie Schloss offers great information on honey and tips on how to cook with it, which I'd done little of before I tried these recipes.It's a fantastic book as a gift for your foodie friends, but also if you are just looking to expand your repertoire in the kitchen. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ buy the book, it's incredible! *by V***A on Reviewed in the United States on January 17, 2018* We stopped into their store and I somehow forgot to pick up this book while we were there (I may have been distracted by the incredible honey they sell).
