This is the best brand of electrolytes we have tried. This particular flavor along with a few different ones taste good, has great amount of what your body needs to recover from sweating due to exercise, heat, etc. I have 2 sons who are powerlifters who exercise a lot, I go to Orange Theory, and my husband bikes to and from work and works outside so we all use it regularly and love it.

Honeydew melon is one of my favorite flavors! It's slightly more bitter than the others but if you like that it's a great thirst quencher. The newer formula in the cherry limeade is so far my favorite. The flavor is crazy good and slightly lower sodium means I get to enjoy more! This is the best electrolyte mix on the market and they're very transparent with great ingredients.

There is a young man at a gym I go to, no doubt he doesn't make much money but is always letting the members try things that he finds. I was remarking on how tired I looked and he pulled out this drink. It is delicious and though I realized the circles under my eyes had a different cause, I work out hard and I know that it is doing good for me. So this review is really kudo's the Elvis who turned me onto it

Love it! Other similar products will thicken your water, but this dissolves like it never even existed! Flavor is amazing! Haven’t tried them all yet but none have failed me yet. Cant wait to try the entire lineup!

I wanted to love this brand, but...These products (electrolytes and the whey protein shake) contain “natural flavors,” a broad umbrella term that can encompass undisclosed ingredients in many brands, often unhealthy ones. This lack of specificity raises concerns. I asked the brand owner via Instagram (in multiple posts) to clarify which ingredients are included under “natural flavors, but never received a response, which raises transparency concerns. I recently checked the product on Yuka, the app that evaluates products based on ingredients, health impact, where Santa Cruz Electrolytes received a score of 49/100, classified as “poor.” Yuka also notes that there is no available testing information for this product. If testing exists, it would be helpful for the brand to share it. Additionally, the product solidifies very quickly, raising further concerns about its formulation and making it difficult to use and sell. Also, the whey protein shake has the same problem. I purchased multiple electrolyte flavors and protein shakes. 😔 I will not buy again.

This is one of my top three flavors. Probably one of the best brands of electrolytes on the market.
