They won’t answer their messages on FB so called then directly. Their CS stated it could had been a defective coating or they just don’t get sunglasses dark; even after telling her repeatedly they stayed clear. Asked if they could resolve under warranty. Instructed me to send them back to Amazon since they don’t cover if it’s from a 3rd party and reorder direct from their site. Yeah, right. Why would I do that??? Hard pass!
