excellent product with nice picture quality and Audio

Been using this since July 13, and I’m really happy with it. Picture quality is sharp and colorful, and smart features work smoothly. Sound is okay, but better with a soundbar. Looks stylish and worth the price. 👍

Got 65" dynamic pro. From 7 feet of viewing distance the view is immersive. No blurring or pixelation at 4K resolution. Upscaling 1080p to 4k works fine but TV tends to get warm a bit at the bottom area in case of constant upscaling. I beleive this LED TV comes with IPS panel and the smaller size ones come with VA. The blacks look pretty deep and satisfactory. HDR quality is amzing! Design wise the display is pretty slim, very close to OLED model. At the back there are 3 HDMI ports with HDMI2.1 support and eARC on 2nd port. There are two USB-A ports as well. One antenna port only if you are into DD1/2 thing. Power cable tucks neatly into the back frame. Picture quality is excellent. Color output is a bit above natural tone, more towards vivid tone. Connected with apple TV 4K works flawlessly with just apple tv remote. Tizen OS is good if you don't load it but doesn't come close to apple tv's buttersmooth UI experience. Sound output is decent, get's the job done. Pairing up with soundbar would be a good choice to enhance base. The Bluetooth remote experience is sleek but did not connect with Alexa even after 5-6 tries so had to settle with bixby. Motion is okayish in dynamic mode. Switching to game mode enhances motion but colors go a bit on muted tones. Smarthings experience within samsung ecosystem is fine! A Samsung TV plus vrowser within the mobile remote would be nice to atleast know what all is feturing in 1000s of free channel. No problem with connectivity either bluetooth or wifi. Works seamlessly on 5G Wifi bands. Comes with stands. Samsung installation guy never came even after calling so installed it by self. TV weight is around 20Kg so not very easy to handle for one person. Installation process by self is straightforward. Intial setup with phone barely took time witb pre-existing Samsung account.

MUST DO White screen test first. I bought this 43-inch Samsung Crystal UHD TV expecting premium quality, but my experience with the product and the brand's support was a nightmare. ​The Struggle: Right out of the box, the TV was essentially Dead on Arrival (DOA). It had dead pixels and an irregular black shadow across the bottom of the screen (a clear backlight failure). The most shocking part? When I registered the TV in samsung website, I found out the manufacturer's warranty had already expired months before I even bought it! It turns out I was sold 1.5-year-old degraded stock that had been sitting in a warehouse. When I contacted Samsung, their authorized technician missed the defect during demo, and their service team refused a replacement, absurdly offering to dismantle my brand-new panel to "clean the dust" instead. ​The Resolution (Amazon's Excellent Support): Since Samsung washed their hands of the issue and told me to contact the seller, I escalated the matter to Amazon. Because the standard return window had passed and the warranty was messed up, it was a complicated case. However, the Amazon Escalation Team was phenomenal. The senior managers patiently listened to my calls, reviewed all my evidence (photos, warranty screenshots, and Samsung's emails), and completely understood that I had been mis-sold old stock. ​They took full ownership, successfully raised a priority out-of-policy exception, arranged the pickup, and issued a full 100% refund to my account. ​Verdict: 0 stars for Samsung's quality control and terrible customer service. 5 stars to Amazon's backend escalation team for protecting the consumer and doing the right thing. If you buy this TV, check your panel and your warranty expiration date the second you open the box!

As expected fantastic TV, very bright colors and can be seen from any angle. It's crystal clear. TV's own sound is not too good as it delivers stereo quality sound as described but sound is loud enough. Go for some good quality soundbar of quality sound. Delivery and installation was done before the expected date. Just go for it if you want a smart TV with fantastic picture quality and upto date technology. Very easy functionality. It's value for money. Easy Connectivity and only lag is it's sound quality as mentioned above.
