its a barbell... it came in a big tube and was well lubricated, so rust wouldn't occur. feels just as good as any barbell in a gym. Great for a home gym and a reasonable price. The color hasn't come off yet, but I have only used it for about 12 to 15 sets so far.

Arrived quickly. It was packaged well and had no damage. Barbell look great, and has solid knurling that helps with grip, but not so aggressive that it tears your hands up.

The bar itself is great however just an FYI you have to take the over kill tape off the end and unscrew the 4 screws iff if the plastic otherwise it will not come out easily! They need to add this when they ship this out I took me 30 minutes trying to figure this out so frustrating but it’s great quality and I highly recommend it
