5HTP 100mg - 30 Tablets | Natural from Griffonia Seed | 5 HTP

i've been taking this for a couple of days now. it works in that i definitely slept better but at the same time i woke up really tired. a quick check revealed that unsurprisingly, one of the side effects is drowsiness. i have self-adjusted the dosage to half a pill (just by breaking the pill into 2) and it works much better. i'm guessing different people react differently to the effects. recommended dosage of 5HTP is anywhere between 50 to 250mg a day,i would recommend it but do be aware of the potential "side effects" and adjust the dosage.

only tried once, could feel self getting drowsy and relaxed, didn't feel drowsy next day. Be interesting to try on regular basis?

Very effective sedative

The pills came in a ziplock pouch and they are so fragile that several were broken

The quality and overall use is perfect but because of these being tablets they can be a little harsh on the stomach making you nauseous and crampy but if you eat on a full stomach it won't be a problem.

I would need to give this a longer trial period as I am not sure if it was of any help. The Internet generally seems to have a positive opinion towards 5-HTP supplements, I'm not even sure if they work so further research is needed.

Took 100mg around 45 minutes before sleeping. Quick to fall asleep very deeply with quite lucid dreams.Bought to help aid digestion and overall mood. Sure there will be ups & down but these are certainly as advertised & for a very good price.

They worked for what I wanted them for, to brighten my mood but I have to take one every other day or I cannot sleep
