Good quality beans
I have followed the instructions and watched as the beans swelled up and doubled in size over 2 days, on the 3rd day they have started to sprout,I am now patiently waiting for them to grow to a size I can eat, just be aware when sowing these seeds, be frugal unless you have something large to grow them in.I started with a 200gm coffee jar and am now growing in a large plastic storage container, luckily I love bean sprouts so much it's not going to be a problem getting through them, I will give it a few days and start off another batch.

Healthy food for Ayurvedic diet
I'd started an Ayurvedic diet and these fitted in perfectly. Mung beans are so healthy for our guts and these organic ones were a good price, arrived quickly and tasted delicious. I've bought them a second time and when this lot runs out, will be back for more.

Yummy! Great for sprouting
I've sprouted some already! Very tasty.I'm trying to eat more healthily and loose a few pounds so am going to use these as snacks in-between meals.I've used mung beans in the past to add to soups and salads which is nice, I'm pretty lazy so that's about as far as my culinary expertise goes!Thank you!
