Works as intended at fraction of the price
Fits perfectly under front flap of a Crye JPC or on the side, underneath the cummerbund. Holds a CAT tourniquet perfectly without sliding around, yet easy enough to grab one handed.

Works Well
I used this a little differently. I put a tourniquet in this holder and attached it to the carpet wall, next to the first aid kit in the back of my wife's Lexus next to the first aid kit. I got the idea from the first aid kit that came w/her car w/which is attached to the side wall carpet w/hook strips as well.

Great Addition to My Kit
Holds the tourniquet securely. Good quality “hook and loop”. Easy to add on belt or carrier also works inside a go bag to access easily.

Good but could be better.
The idea behind this isn't bad but not great either, the reason being is that a TQ is something that need to be easily accessible and deployable, the elastic band that is just a loop is very tight while that is good but also bad I think it would be a struggle to get out in a hurry but is also good because it's not going anywhere for sure, it has a velcro attachment system that works great for the gun belts that have that set up.

I use it backwards as a belt mounted Velcro panel
I work an industrial job and stick my wrenches into belt mounted magnetic pucks while working. Everything sticks to them except for round heavy impact sockets, so I added this onto my belt as a hanging Velcro panel and then hang my sockets off the Velcro in an atlas46 elastic socket panel. Works great!

Does what it’s supposed to do
Fits a TQ snugly. Less expensive than big name brand alternatives and probably a similar build quality. Velcro is pretty strong and the color matches my other coyote brown gear.
