I'm usually taking 2 scoops a day, one straight after exercises and I've noticed that I recover quickly and combined with a good diet I managed to put 1kg on with nearly half of the pack, quite fast results. Very happy with that as I hardly can put anything on.●1 scoop is 32 grams, it says on the pack but actually is 35, it doesn't bother me as 3g doesn't make a big difference. The pack arrived well sealed and the scoop is provided inside the container. As an advise, before start to take it, just mix the container well.All good.
