Best Monitor under Rs.10k
24G4 is already one of the best budget picks within the monitor enthusiast crowd. But if someone casual is reading this, I will make it very clear: There is no monitor in this price range (at the time of writing) that comes close to the performance of this monitor. The Pros: 1. Incredible Colour Reproduction: Although you shouldn't use a sub 10k monitor as a mastering screen for your next big budget film or something, the 24G4 features excellent Colour Accuracy as well as Colour Depth with coverage of 126% of the sRGB gamut and 103% of the DCI-P3 gamut. This is not only great for gaming or other general PC work but also just about fine for even colour sensitive production work at a pinch (photo/video editing etc.) 2. Panel Response: The thing I particularly like about this panel is it's pixel response time. Of course the on paper specs of 180Hz should be a fairly good indicator but even in the real world, playing fast paced competitive games like Counter Strike, Valorant, etc. there is very little smearing, ghosting or any other kind of image artifacts/distortion. I am a Counter Strike player with a peak rating of 14.9k in premier who mostly plays the team's sniper role. Fast flick shootings is the most part of my gameplay so an artifact free display is much appreciated. I can confidently recommend this to anyone who plays this role. 3. Screen Size and Resolution: While I am not particularly a fan of the 1080p resolution it's still servicible and quite frankly expected within a sub 10k budget. Since this is a 24 inch display the PPI (pixel per inch) count is still around 92. Certainly far from rivaling Apple's Retina quality, it's fairly usable still as a work monitor. While the bigger the size the better it is for work/productivity as you get more space for your UI/UX and side by side work applications, 24-inches is plenty fine as a gaming monitor. Preferable even as a competitive player. Most probably tournaments have 24 inch monitors as their standard screen size. So this is not a small display by any stretch. And as for the resolution, 1080p works fine. But if you want 27 inch or higher, I would recommend switching to 1440p or higher options. 4. Build quality: While it does not have a metal construction, the plastic composite back and the stand is fairly sturdy. It feels that it's built to last and doesn't seem cheap at all unlike some other low cost gaming monitor. 5. Other Features: Some more creature comforts that I appreciate is that it has both DP1.4 and HDMI 2.0 port with both cables included in box. So not only you have options as a PC user but also use it as a console gamer or in other deployments where you need HDMI. It also features a pass through AUX output for hooking up additional speakers which I did for my setup. The display is also Flicker Free which is particularly helpful for people with eye strain. It also supports VRR (Nvidia G-Sync/AMD FreeSync) if you need it. 6. Stand/Mount: This supports the industry standard VESA Mount for monitors so any off-the-shelf monitor mount should work with this. The included stand is sturdy and supports tilt, pivot (vertical or horizontal) and height adjust. Cons: 1. No inbuilt speakers 2. 1440p monitors are getting fairly cheap these days with MSI 27 inch 1440p dropping down to 15k sometimes. And even Gigabyte's M27Q Rev2.0 getting close to 17k which is a fantastic monitor and way better in many aspects compared to this. 3. While I am fine with AOC products cuz I know they are fairly well built, the after sales service is obviously not at par with the more popular Tier-1 manufacturers like LG or Samsung so I completely understand why casual customers might still shy away from buying this. I just like the quality and the value for money it's giving over a similar option from LG so I will chose this 24G4 any day over that. 4. DisplayHDR 400 is NOT HDR!! : While the panel is plenty bright for average SDR use in any scenarios in a brightly lit room or even some outdoor usage, it simply lacks the peak brightness and high contrast capabilities that a proper HDR usage demands. Anything below 600 nits should not be advertised as being HDR. And this is true for pretty much every monitor that says it supports HDR in this price. It's simply not possible since budget monitors like this lack features like local dimming that are crucial for HDR workloads. Otherwise, yes it can accept HDR signals and display an HDR image but it's really not designed for consuming HDR content. Stick to SDR with this and enjoy it's better colour accuracy. That's enough for today, I had a lot more to share but the review is getting lengthy enough. Thanks for reading and I hope I was helpful in getting you some info that you'd otherwise won't find in a specification sheet :)

Best monitor in market under this budget.
Orderd on 22 jan 2026 and received on 27 Jan 2026.I am giving 4 stars because display is really fantastic for coders and gammers. Fonts are super clear and crisp. And its come with adjustable stand up down and tilt as well. But the product i recieved has 3-4 dots which clearly visible on black backgoround. Accessories are good as well. But i called customer support of AOC India to get resolution on display.

You will not disappoint
Yhea it totally as a Frist timer who are switching to laptop to dedicated display, i got this at โน7878 with Axis credit card in GIF, i don't know about other brand with same color gamut, but it good you will get those extra punchy colour if you want, other wise you can stick to sRGB mode, i research so much for this but worried about rating that other msi monitor and samsung essential has more rating, but this good to better than tose 99-100%sRGB monitor, you can go for it , you're thinking by seeing my photo that is not good but it my phone camera quality that by it look like 60-70 better what you seen on photo, if you're thinking about it not better than samsung or msi Mintor that has more first i thought that too but it better trust me my friends has samsung odyssey and lg ultra, i know what kind of quality they give, it give giving that lvl of quality but so can see 10-15% difference but it obvious they're using best panel in market and they're more expensive than this too, as compare to this range it best, and cherry on top that it has height adjustment that make so setup to clean by hiding all the wires behind it At the end it a great monitor until you're any brand specific guy, who can just take the downgrade just cause of Brand logi from other brands ๐ค๐ป

its okay for first timer but get the better brands
when you pick amonitor it should be solely based on the quality of the panel the panel has strange banding issues in videos i will try a better DP cable 2.1 or so and report again the colours are good they pop but if you came from a better monitor then you will notice issue with colour production if you can then do you own colour correction . & i hate to say that my OLD ips dell 60 HZ monitor gave better quality compared to this HDR is a gimmick makes thing look like a sand colour filter the normal mode is good with HDMI you get 144hz for 180 hz you need the DP cable i might have to think the DP cable included is a low quality so better to get your own which a higher quality if you used a samsung LG Dell then dont bother get any of the three brands AOC has used a cheaper panel here .

Worth it!!
Value for money, at this price it has a pivot stand and the quality of the stand is solid , monitor's design is great, the brightness and colors are punchy but feels slight over saturated but its adjustable, after a month of usage overall the monitor feels great for gaming and watching movies, I will not recommend it for productivity usage like color grading and photoshop, itโs a solid purchase though
